Origin AI is operated by New Jano. If you are not satisfied with Origin AI Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to change of mind as well as to a product that did not work as described.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at Originai.vision24@gmail.com and we will help arrange it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Beyond 30 days
After the 30-day window we consider refund requests case by case — for example billing errors, duplicate charges or extended service problems. Paddle’s refund policy also applies to every purchase.
